The ICOMOS Jordan held a dialogue session about the antiquities where discovered in downtown Amman  on Wednesday,  January 27, 2021, on the zoom platform

The participants are:

– His Excellency Dr. Imad Hijazin, Secretary-General of Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the role and vision of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities

– His Excellency Yazid Alyan, Director of the Department of Public Antiquities, the role and vision of the Department of Antiquities

Prof. Dr. Zaidan Kafafi – Committee’s work and recommendations

– Associate Professor Bilal Khreisat, The Role of Technology and Geophysical Survey.

– Prof. Dr. Radwan Al-Weshah, The role of hydrological studies and academic institutions in decision-making.

-Eng. Siham Al-Hadidi, Director of the Studies and Design Department, the role and vision of the Greater Amman Municipality

– Dr. Rami Daher, Shedding light on the urban, architectural and ethical decline in Downtown

– Prof. Dr. Fadi Belaoui, the role of inter-sector participation in finding solutions and finding support and integrated participation.
